Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests in a warm and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
  • Respond to phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on spa pool packages, facilities, and promotions.
  • Handle cash and payment transactions responsibly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold company standards and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Malay, spoken and written.
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
