Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records, billing, and room assignments.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions, providing knowledgeable recommendations and thoughtful support.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, in line with hotel grooming standards.
  • Promote the hotel’s facilities, services, and ongoing offers to enhance guest experiences.
  • Support your team by being adaptable and willing to assist in other areas when required.
