Job summary

A retail company in Malaysia is looking for an administrative staff member to manage the reception area and handle communication tasks. The ideal candidate should possess at least SPM certification and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, while knowledge of Mandarin is a bonus. JOB OPPORTUNITIES

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it's clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist with tasks as assigned by supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
  • Must be able to understand and speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and good communication & telephone etiquette.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Computer literacy especially MS Office.
