Job summary

A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Receptionist in Kuala Lumpur to support daily office operations. The role involves providing efficient office support, managing visitors, and assisting management with administrative tasks. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be computer literate, and possess good proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. This position offers a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

  • Able to work with minimum supervision; proactive, responsible, and organised.
  • Good spoken and written proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office support services to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties for proper office administration.
  • Handle receptionist functions including managing visitors and phone calls.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and staff.
  • Manage office courier services both incoming and outgoing.
  • Replenish stationery and pantry items regularly.
  • Monitor and prepare weekly employee attendance reports.

Energy Workforce is seeking a Receptionist who is organised, reliable, and people-oriented to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to management and staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide office support services to ensure efficient and effective office operations
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties to maintain proper office administration
  • Handle receptionist functions, including managing visitors, phone calls, and general enquiries
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director and other staff
  • Manage office courier services (incoming and outgoing)
  • Replenish stationery and pantry items on a daily to monthly basis
  • Monitor and prepare weekly employee attendance reports
  • Perform other related duties to support office and facility needs
Job Requirements
