Job description

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and service-oriented Receptionist to support the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional front-facing experience while supporting daily office operations and security procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them accordingly.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and arrange appointments when required.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate guest arrangements.
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable, and well-organised reception area.
  • Handle temporary access cards and maintain visitor logbooks.
  • Update and maintain the office telephone directory.
  • Support office security by following access control and safety procedures.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Support compliance with MRT Corp policies and the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS).
Requirements
  • CGPA of ≥ 3.00 or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Well‑organised, attentive to detail, and customer-focused.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
