Job Description: As a Sales Executive at PureGen Water Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions from our range of water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps. You will also manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
