The successful candidate will conduct thorough analyses of real estate investment opportunities and manage investment documentation. About the job Real Estate Investment Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.
  • Manage, execute, and record forward contracts as needed.
  • Prepare, review, and manage investment documentation in alignment with accounting, tax, statutory, and organizational policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory obligations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including fund managers, financial institutions, auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretaries.
  • Assist the Finance team in preparing management reports, presentation materials, and other related deliverables.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience underFP&A/investment/fund accounting function.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work closely and present research findings to senior management team.
