Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of accounting/audit/fund administration experience in property management or real estate.
• Experience managing staff and understanding group consolidations is required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and Singapore GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients regarding daily operations.
• Review Net Asset Value calculations and investor capital activities.
• Oversee financial audits and statutory reporting.

Skills

Strong knowledge in IFRS

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office

In-depth understanding of real estate industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Education

University degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
