React Native: Senior Mobile Engineer (Health Tech) - Hybrid

• Revamping their mental health coaching platform to improve and enhance existing mobile features / functions
• Spearheading the digital transformation initiative for local and global insurance companies / insure-techs
• Customizing the existing health tech and wellness platform (web and mobile) to suit a large scale enterprise customers

Responsibilities

• You will work directly with the available SDKs to ensure smooth and reliable step-tracking and health data functionality
• BAU > collaborate with the product team to develop a fresh and modern UI

Team & Culture

• Reporting to the Head of Engineering while joining a wider KL engineering and data team of 12 + collaborating with the product team
• All engineering works are based in KL that supports across SEA
• High trust environment, you can work remote, set your own hours etc
• Would suit someone who has worked in a start up /scale up before and has a continuous improvement mindset - someone who sees challenges as an opportunity to step up, not an obstacle to avoid

Must Have

• Experience in setting up Expo and running apps on production for both platforms
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Curious, proactive and impact-driven - enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving and taking ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with large‑scale enterprise projects / health tech space
• 2 to 5 years of software engineering experience, 100% technical hands‑on

Work Arrangement
