About the company:
A leading company in the food ingredients and seasoning solutions industry is seeking a Product Innovation Executive to support ongoing R&D initiatives within its Research and Development team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in food science and hands‑on formulation experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute R&D and product development projects in accordance with established timelines and objectives.
  • Develop new seasoning formulations and enhance existing products based on customer requirements and market trends.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update all technical documentation, including analytical methods, recipes, ingredient lists, nutritional information, and project status reports.
  • Conduct laboratory‑scale trials, prototype preparation, sensory evaluations, and stability studies.
  • Define, document, and validate process specifications for lab and pilot‑scale activities.
  • Improve formulations and processes to improve product quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
  • Support raw material evaluation, quality assessment, and supplier qualification activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards within all R&D‑related work.
  • Monitor industry developments, new technologies, and ingredient trends relevant to seasoning development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the food industry, preferably within seasoning, flavouring, or ingredient development.
  • Strong formulation and laboratory skills with exposure to prototype creation and product testing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
  • Conscientious, organised, and capable of managing multiple development tasks concurrently.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across R&D, QA, Production, and Commercial functions.
  • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements is advantageous.
