Job Description

Responsible for control and monitor the production and plant maintenance to ensure production are running in smooth, efficient, effective and timely manner.

Develop and recommend plants and strategies for premix plants/crushing plant & batching plant to ensure the qualities of materials produced and delivered and meeting the customer’s satisfaction.

To ensure competent and efficient production operation and to continuously improve of our quarry product.

Responsible to ensure that all company vehicles plant and machineries are well maintained & in good working conditions at all times inclusive proper control of its utilization, movement, service, repair & maintenance, insurance, fuel consumption, road tax, etc.

To implement cost control and cost reduction program (where possible) to ensure production competitiveness.

Responsible to manage the customer/clients complaints effectively and able to handle with appropriate actions so as to safeguards the company’s interest and image.

Establish a good connection and networking with client, state government and transporters in relation with our quarry business and delivery.

To ensure that the production was carried out in full compliance with the statutory laws and regulations as stated by the federal/state government and the local authority.

To plan, supervise and motivate sub-ordinates in ensuring timely and accurate preparation and submission of all operational process and report.

To ensure monthly stock take properly carried out, measured and calculated and on time submission to finance dept.

Update the production progress to Head of Company and to recommend actions to achieve better results.

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Company and GCEO.
