Responsibilities

• detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for construction projects.
• Involving in Pre-Contract Tender Submission including measurements & cost analysis.
• Measure and value construction works, including interim and final accounts.
• Prepare and analyze progress reports, highlight potential risks, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction standards and regulations.
• Attend meeting and coordinating with other Consultants and Clients on the sub-contract Tender Documents and Contract Documents to ensure consistency with Main Contract documents.
• Presenting management proposals to the potential clients and negotiating the contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
