What you'll be doing

Preparing and analyzing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation for MEP works.

Negotiating and managing subcontractor agreements, ensuring the best value for the company.

Monitoring and controlling project costs, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Collaborating with the project team to resolve contractual and commercial issues.

Providing technical advice and guidance to the project team on MEP‑related matters.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Managing contract administration including claims, variations, and progress payment.

What we're looking for

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of MEP systems and their associated costs.

Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Able to join immediately.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
