Job description

Responsibilities

1. Manage the tender process: The Contract & Tender Executive (QS) will manage the tender process, ensuring that all required documents are prepared and submitted in a timely and accurate manner. They will work closely with the project team members to ensure that the submission meets the required standards.
2. Evaluate tender submissions: The Contract & Tender Executive (QS) will evaluate tender submissions to ensure that they meet the required standards and specifications. They will prepare the evaluation report and present it to the senior management team for approval.
3. Manage the contract: The Contract & Tender Executive (QS) will manage the contract throughout its duration, ensuring that all requirements are met and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. They will work closely with the project team members to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4. Prepare progress claims: The Contract & Tender Executive (QS) will prepare progress claims and subcontractor claims on a monthly basis.
5. Prepare Letter of Award (LOA) to the subcontractor: The Contract & Tender Executive (QS) will prepare cost comparison analysis and request for approval for the selected/successful subcontractor to carry out the job and prepare the letter of award to the approved subcontractor which complies with the contract requirements.

SOCSO – Social security contributions as required by government regulations.
