Job Descriptions:

To assist the Senior Contract Manager / Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantity take-offs.

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.

To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents.

Oversees material ordering and cost control.

Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.

To undertake ad hoc duties as required by the nature of the project.
