Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for design materials, furnishings, and finishes, and develop project budgets.

Tendering & Procurement: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement of design elements.

Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.

Cost Control & Reporting: Track project expenses and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to align costs with design specifications.

Risk Management & Value Engineering: Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising design quality.

Education: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior design projects. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Skills: Strong knowledge of design materials, finishes, and procurement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
