As a Quantity Surveyor at FIRIZQ ENGINEERING, you will play a crucial role in the company's construction projects. This full-time position is based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang and is responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Manage and administer contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Measure, value, and certify work completed by contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports for management and clients

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry regulations
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and construction-related technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
