Job description

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all relevant procedures and practices as defined in the quality system implemented in contractual, tendering, and costing.
• Pre-contract work includes analyzing and summarizing the scope of tender, preparing BQ, pricing, and submitting the tender.
• Take quantity from drawings, calculate tenders, evaluate tenders, prepare preliminary costing, handle variation orders, and perform project cost control.
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and sub‑contractors for material pricing and purchasing.
