Assess tender documentation and identify key requirements.

Prepare and review cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment.

Formulate detailed cost plans and budgets for projects.

Contribute insights into the technical components of bids, including design and feasibility.

Compile tender packages and coordinate the tender process.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.

Provide advise and guidance to project teams on cost-related matters.

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and work quality.

Compile final accounts and reports upon project completion.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
