Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-contract administration including measurement and quotation calling.
• Manage post-contract administration including progress claims and cost control.
• Interpret drawings and tender bid procedures accurately.

Job description

Responsibilities

Pre-Contract administration which include measurement, calling quotation, costing preparation and all other related paper works until the stage of tender submission.

Post-Contract administration which include preparation of drawing registration, measurement, calling quotation, price comparison, L.A.,progress claim, variation order, cost control and monitoring, contract correspondences, sample submission, liason with relevant Clients, Consultants & Subcontractors and final account.

Understand and correctly interpret all drawings and tender bid procedures including contract requirements and specifications.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience working in the construction industry or related field.

Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 2 years and above of working experience in the related field.

Required Skills : Good measurement and analytical skills.

Computer literate : Good at MS Office applications

Able to priortise and respond with appropriate level of urgency.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team, responsible and independently
