Job description

As the company continues to grow with several new projects across West and East Malaysia, we are expanding our team in multiple roles. Candidates with Mandarin language proficiency are strongly encouraged to apply, as the positions involve frequent communication with Chinese stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure works are completed within approved budgets.
  • Measure and value construction works based on drawings and site progress.
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and contractor quotations.
  • Assess and manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications to identify cost implications.
  • Prepare progress payment applications and cost reports.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on cost-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and relevant construction standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control procedures.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying and cost management software.
  • Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
