Job summary

A leading company in quality management located in Ipoh seeks a qualified individual to manage and perform QMS internal audits for compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The role involves coordinating audits from external parties and ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams on corrective actions. A Bachelor’s degree and preferably 1 year of QMS experience are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of QMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing and performing QMS Internal audit to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage audit from external parties including responding to checklist/questionnaire.
• Follow-up with cross functional team on corrective and preventive actions.

Job description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing and perform QMS Internal audit to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Coordinate and managing audit from external parties (ISO 9001, product safety audit and customer audit) including responding to checklist/questionnaire and logistic arrangements.
• Managing the process compliance audit and reporting.
• Follow-up with cross functional team on the corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of findings.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of QMS experience
