A leading provider in the data center sector is seeking a Quality Manager to enhance and manage their Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires a university degree and multi-year experience in Quality Management. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with certification standards and actively manage audits and improvements. Language skills in English are essential, and multilingual capabilities are a plus. The position is located in Selangor, Malaysia and offers a salary range from RM 5,000 to RM 8,000.

Qualifications

  • Relevant multi-year professional experience in the field of Quality Management.
  • Willingness to support strategic Quality Management projects.

  • Drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the GDC Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure alignment with GDC Integrated Management System (IMS) Guidelines.
  • Coordinate certification audits defined by the certification strategy.

Overview

We are representing our client, a leading provider of secure and scalable data center services. This company offers a range of solutions including colocation, cloud computing, and data center management. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, they are dedicated to helping businesses meet the growing demands of the digital world by delivering reliable, high-performance infrastructure on a global scale.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure proactive and agile quality management by independently driving the maintenance and continuous improvement of the GDC Quality Management System (QMS), associated tool and instructional documentation.
  • Ensure a proper and proactive Quality Management System (QMS) for GDC in alignment with GDC Integrated Management System (IMS) Guidelines and certifications.
  • Manage the GDC certification strategy and audit framework relevant to the IMS.
  • Perform internal audits in alignment with the Internal Control System, certification and Global requirements.
  • Coordinate certification audits defined by the certification strategy.
  • Manage and further develop a central data base for deviations and improvements identified during audits and ensure root cause identification and on-time completion of related actions.
  • Actively manage Quality Management as an Integrated Management System and ensure alignment with GRC team and other departments responsible for mgt. systems.
  • Drive standardization of the QMS within GDC.
  • Support strategic Quality Management projects identified by GRC leadership and proactively monitor new developments in business processes and certification standards.
  • Support the Senior Team Lead Quality Management and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed university degree (Graduate/Master/Diploma) or comparable professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of Management Systems and respective certifications.
  • Relevant multi-year professional experience in the field of Quality Management.
  • Fluent in English. Multilingual skills are an advantage
