Company Background:

We represent our client, a leading provider of secure and scalable data center services. This company offers solutions including colocation, cloud computing, and data center management. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, they aim to help businesses meet the demands of the digital world by delivering reliable, high-performance infrastructure globally.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure proactive and agile quality management by maintaining and improving the GDC Quality Management System (QMS), associated tools, and documentation.
  2. Ensure a proper QMS for GDC aligned with GDC IMS Guidelines and certifications.
  3. Manage the GDC certification strategy and audit framework related to IMS.
  4. Perform internal audits in line with the Internal Control System and certification standards.
  5. Coordinate certification audits as per strategy.
  6. Manage a central database for deviations and improvements, ensuring root cause analysis and timely actions.
  7. Manage Quality Management as part of the Integrated Management System, coordinating with GRC and other departments.
  8. Drive standardization of the QMS within GDC.
  9. Support strategic Quality Management projects and monitor developments in business processes and standards.
  10. Support the Senior Team Lead in Quality Management and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  1. University degree (Graduate/Master/Diploma) or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Strong understanding of Management Systems and certifications.
  3. Relevant multi-year experience in Quality Management.
  4. Fluent in English; multilingual skills are advantageous.
