Job description

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) ENGINEER

Responsible to handle customer survey/ declaration related to product & material compliances.

Responsible for product quality management, including material declaration (RoHS, REACH, RBA’s conflict minerals, etc.) and UL certification.

Responsible to ensure the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements are met.

Responsible to transform customer controlled hazardous substances list into the internal controlled substances library.

Responsible to handle periodic UL audit conducted by UL auditor.

Responsible to co-ordinate with internal audit team to conduct internal quality audit in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100 and ISO 13485 quality management system requirements.

Responsible to co-ordinate with Customer Quality and internal audit team to conduct pre-audit assessment before customer audit.

Responsible to coordinate for in-house preparation prior to external audit by certification body or customers.

Responsible to ensure the corrective action replies of all internal and external audits discrepancies are closed effectively.

Responsible to handle customer survey form related to quality system and material declaration.

Responsible to transforms customer-controlled substances list into the internal controlled substances list.

Job Requirement

Diploma/ Degree holder in Management/ Engineering/ Physic or its equivalent.

Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing’s QA environment.

Ability to lead a group of Engineers & QA Inspectors to achieve the company’s objective.
