Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO standards, calibration processes, and lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Monitor product quality through ad hoc line audits and inspections.
• Liaise with Production, QC, and relevant departments for defect verification and resolution.
• Ensure all laboratory tests comply with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025 SAMM standards.
• Assist in QA/QC inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
