Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SMT / PCBA Manufacturing or Quality or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SMT and reflow processes, PCB assembly, and inspection technologies.
• Experience in FMEA, SPC, and CAPA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all PCBA meet standards for performance and reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for DFM/DFT compliance.
