  • Maintain Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health Systems.
  • Develop and revise inspection work instructions.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and implementing actions.
  • Prepare quality improvement reports for management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-process abnormalities and outsourced processing inspections, and follow up on corrective action implementation.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials, finished goods upon storage, and prior to shipment.
  • Responsible for daily quality issue analysis, statistical tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects across different stages, follow up on corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and improve the effective operation of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
  • Develop and revise inspection work instructions, ensuring effective implementation of quality improvement measures.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare regular quality improvement reports to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Around 3 years of experience in quality-related roles, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Familiar with quality control processes, inspection methods, and relevant standards.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, proficient in QC tools (e.g. 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities.
