Job description

Lead the team in corrective action and 8D repair. Quality tools FMEA and SPC/CPK study. Ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood and executed by all QA/QC personnel

Prevent the occurrence of quality defects in advance, and not limited to quality improvement activities. Effectively respond to customer complaints regarding product issues, in a timely manner.

Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections according to quality control plan requirements. Ensure product conformity to established requirements by evaluating product according to customer and/or Engineering drawings, specifications and related documents.

Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.

Lead and guide QC inspectors and any other work assigned to him/her.

Quality Engineer

• Prevent the occurrence of quality defects in advance, and not limited to quality improvement activities. Effectively respond to customer complaints regarding product issues, in a timely manner.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections according to quality control plan requirements. Ensure product conformity to established requirements by evaluating product according to customer and/or Engineering drawings, specifications and related documents.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Lead and guide QC inspectors and any other work assigned to him/her.

• Requirements: At least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate in Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2-5 year(s) of working experience in related field (Sheet Metal Field will be advantageous).
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (To communicate with Chinese customers)
• Experience with ISO certification.
• Experience in developing and maintaining QMS.
• The ability to follow up issues independently with good communication skill.
• Support external ISO audit and internal audit.
• Developing corrective action and improvements for CAR.
• Ensure all processes flow according to SOP.
• Monitor entire operation process and perform regular checking to identify potential issues as early as possible.

Material Handler

• Material Planning & Scheduling. Plan, schedule, and monitor the supply of materials to meet production requirements. Prepare material requirement forecasts based on production schedules and customer orders. Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to avoid material shortages or excess stock.
• Procurement Coordination. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues. Negotiate lead times and delivery schedules to support production needs.
• Inventory Management. Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost and availability. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile variances. Implement inventory control measures to reduce wastage and obsolescence.
• Data & Reporting. Maintain accurate records of material transactions in the ERP/Inventory system. Prepare material planning reports for management review. Analyze usage trends to improve forecasting accuracy.

• Requirements: Diploma and above.
• Preferably 2-5 year(s) of working experience in related field (Sheet Metal Field will be advantageous).
