Quality Planning: Developing quality plans that outline the quality standards and procedures to be followed during the production process.

Quality Control: Implementing inspection and testing processes to ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards.

Root Cause Analysis: Identifying and underlying causes of defects or quality issues and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Process Improvement: Analyzing production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Training and Support: Providing training and support to team members on quality standards, tools, and methodologies.

Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their quality expectations and addressing any concerns related to product quality.

Job Requirements

At least technical diploma or equivalent, technical certification in quality or manufacturing is preferred.

More than 2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication inspection or quality control.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.

Strong knowledge of inspection tools and techniques.

Familiar with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with quality documentation and ERP system.
