We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team at POE MANUFACTURING SDN.BHD. in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards and quality of our manufacturing processes and products. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to identify and address any issues or non-conformities
• Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to monitor product quality and production processes
• Analysing data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality assurance best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and quality management methodologies

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes
• Familiarity with quality management tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control
• Mandarin speaker candidates to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment
