TONGDA SMART TECH (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd – Kota, Kedah

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality controls into every phase of the production process.
  • Interpret customer standards, identify whether customer standards are complete, simultaneously evaluate testing equipment solutions, submit production requests, and follow up on progress.
  • Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and quality tests to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
  • Investigate and analyze root causes of defects or quality issues.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems and prevent recurrence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product quality.
  • Address customer complaints and work towards continuous improvement based on customer input.
