Responsibilities

• Testing
  • Conduct visual and measurement checks on incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
  • Assist in sampling, labeling, and recording test results.
  • Operate basic testing tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Record inspection results accurately in QC checklists and reports.
  • Highlight and report any non-conformance or defects to the QC Supervisor/Manager.
  • Maintain proper filing of QC records for audit and traceability.
• Process Support
  • Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support root cause investigations when defects or customer complaints occur.
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
