Storage & Handling Control
- Ensure products are stored according to type, size, and delivery schedule.
- Verify that stacking and handling follow safe and approved methods (e.g., avoid cracks or chipping).
- Monitor lifting operations to prevent product damage.
- Coordinate with Yard Supervisor and Crane Operators to ensure safe movement of products.
Documentation & Traceability
- Maintain updated stockyard records for all products (received, inspected, released).
- Record and label each unit with product code, casting date, batch number, and status (OK / Rejected / Hold).
- Update QC checklist and prepare daily stockyard inspection report.
- Ensure traceability from production to delivery.
Delivery & Dispatch Control
- Inspect products before loading to confirm quality and quantity match the Delivery Order (DO).
- Ensure proper loading, support, and tie-down methods to avoid damage during transport.
- Assist in verification of delivery documents and customer sign-offs.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with Production, Stockyard, and Dispatch teams to plan movement of products.
- Report any product damage, defect, or non-conformance immediately to Factory Manager / QAQC Engineer.
- Participate in customer or consultant inspection visits at the stockyard.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure all QC and stockyard activities comply with safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Keep the stockyard area organized, clean, and free from obstructions.
