A logistics company in Selangor is seeking a candidate for data reporting and quality assurance. The role involves monitoring staff compliance with operational protocols and conducting investigations into issues. Candidates must have a Professional Certificate or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and immediate availability is an advantage. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.
Data reporting and analysis to identify the working error, analyse data and carry out investigation when required.
CCTV monitoring and ensure all the staff follow the standard business operation flow and procedure set by the company, including unloading, receiving, sorting and loading parcels.
Report any abnormal behavior or practices observed within the sorting center hub.
Identify the quality issues and escalate to the Manager to take corrective action.
Document and follow up on quality incidents and resolutions.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve recurring issues.
Any ad‑hoc task which is required by the management.
