Job summary

A leading digital commerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to coordinate corporate gift card orders and manage communications with international clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling various communication channels and coordinating multiple teams across locations. Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of the gift card business are advantageous, along with language skills in English and Malay.

  • Serve as the point of contact for corporate/reseller gift card purchases.
  • Coordinate onboarding and fulfilment processes with teams in India.
  • Track and manage corporate orders according to SLAs.

Responsibilities we entrust you with
  • Point of contact for the corporate/ reseller who are looking to purchase gift cards,
  • Provide product catalogue to corporate/ reseller along with the commercials,
  • Coordinate with corporate/ reseller onboarding by working with teams based in India for KYC, Ledger creation, etc.
  • Coordinate with fulfilment team (based in India) to get the corporate order placed,
  • Coordinate with finance team (based in India) to get all the invoices raised/ uploaded on corporate’s portal,
  • Track all the corporate orders and fulfil them as per the agreed SLAs,
  • Support corporate/ reseller with issues with the order/ gift card,
  • Work with PM teams (based in India) to onboard new procured product,
  • Work with procurement team (based in India) to manage procured product and its inventory,
  • Provide perform report as per SLA for tracking purpose to the management.
What matters in this role
  • Experience in handling international customers. Voice, Chat, email communication,
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple inhouse teams based at multiple locations,
  • Well versed working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, etc.),
  • Understanding of the gift card business as an added advantage,
  • Linguistic: English, SEA region specific: Malay, with Thai and Filipino as optional.
