Quality Assurance Senior Executive / Executive
Establish, implement and ensure the adequacy of the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other required standards to support business growth.
Coordinate and manage all audits, including internal, external, supplier and customer site audits.
Lead a team of internal auditors and educate company personnel to have necessary ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.
Prepare quality documentation and reports, analyzing trends such as failed processes, corrective actions and re-validations.
Assist the function of the Management Representative and ensure effective implementation of the QMS.
QA Operations & Leadership
- Lead and manage the QA team in daily operations, including laboratory planning, inspection, testing and calibration activities.
- Oversee the approval or rejection of incoming materials and finished goods based on inspection results.
- Supervise staff performance and provide necessary training to new and existing Quality Department personnel.
- Ensure administrative systems and procedures strictly adhere to company guidelines and policies.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues; guide the team in preparing Corrective Actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
- Analyze quality problems raised by customers or production to drive containment and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote quality awareness throughout the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier process audits and verify corrective actions.
- Coordinate the evaluation of new raw materials and support R&D in new product validation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in ISO Certification, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001; exposure to ISO 45001 is an added advantage.
- Hands‑on experience in ISO certification processes, including implementation, surveillance audits, and recertification.
- Strong understanding of internal audits, management reviews, and compliance reporting.
- Effective in coordinating and communicating across cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory and customer audit requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, with good analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with strong compliance mindset.
- Strong documentation and report‑writing proficiency.
- Proven ability to lead and manage QA teams in daily operations, including inspection, testing, and calibration.
