What you'll be doing

ISO 9001 QMS and MR

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures and systems to ensure the highest standards of electrical and electronic product quality

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and resolve any issues with product quality

Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions

Analyse quality data and generate detailed reports to track trends and drive continuous improvement

Provide technical guidance and training to the quality assurance team to uphold best practices

Liaise with customers and suppliers to address any quality-related concerns

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

Min 5 years years of experience in a quality assurance role within the electrical/electronic engineering industry

Comprehensive understanding of quality management systems, testing methods and quality control processes

Strong technical expertise in electrical and electronic engineering principles and practices

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate quality-related matters

Proficient in data analysis and report generation

Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Rubber/Plastic or a related field
