Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related and manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ISO Management System / FSSC is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily QA activities and support team members.
• Organize and maintain QA documentation.
• Perform random quality checks in the QC department.
• Help respond to customer queries or complaints about quality.
• Maintain and care for company equipment.
• Assist with quality control tasks.
• Document and report non-conformance issues for analysis.
• Support ISO and customer audit preparations.
• Help investigate rejections and suggest solutions.
• Ensure daily production testing meets customer requirements.
• Check and sign off job sheets as needed.
• Check and respond to emails.
• Assist in preparing quality reports for management or customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor.
