Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Online Classes Tools, ZOOM and related digital platforms.
  • Monitor teachers' online classes and activities.
  • Prepare exam questions in the portal system.
  • Check student attendance in the portal system & files.
  • Check the readiness of teaching materials in the portal.
  • Explore the function and H5P in the portal.
  • Administration task under Quality, RND & IT.
  • Involved & support in the RND projects.
  • Support in handling online and offline seminars.
  • Find a replacement Tutor (if necessary).
  • Take minutes at weekly meetings.
  • Ensure all tutors complete their documentation and tasks.
