Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

To provide accurate and comprehensive financial and budget analysis.

To prepare material estimated and cost estimates for the product of service.

Compiling and recording actual costs.

To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so set by any Directors / CPM.

Requirements

Minimum a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

3 – 5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.

Skills Required: CAD software, Glodon TBQ & TME (Preferable)

Strong knowledge of M&E systems, contracts and construction processes.

Proficient in cost management software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
