Job Scope

To perform daily QC inspections (e.g., Incoming, In-process, Outgoing).

Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced.

Inspect according to instructions, methods, drawings.

Collecting and compiling statistical quality data.

Proposing improvements to the production process.

Determining the causes of product defects and reworks.

Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly.

Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements.
