We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Executive to join our manufacturing team at Vital Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our production processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and lead the team to ensure the company’s manufacturing operation is fully compliant with the relevant Medical Device Regulations.
• Take an active part in both internal and external audits.
• Address quality issues through root cause analysis and CAPA monitoring.
• Manage the supplier evaluation and approval processes, maintain the approved supplier list, and monitor their ongoing performance.
• Prepare monthly quality and trend data to analyze quality performance and identify an action plan for quality improvement.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement quality control measures and investigate the root causes of quality problems.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of all quality control activities and findings.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prefer Mandarin speakers, as this position requires communicating with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
