Job description

Responsibilities

• Ø Strictly implement the relevant regulations of project and CHEC to ensure the construction quality of building projects;
• Ø Regularly attend regular quality inspection meetings and organize special quality meetings when appropriate;
• Ø Responsible for collecting quality problems found in quality inspection activities, establishing a non-conforming information ledger, and proposing rectification suggestions and reward and punishment suggestions;
• Ø Take corrective or preventive measures for major or common quality problems and organize their implementation;
• Ø According to the quality plan, regular and irregular quality inspections are carried out throughout the construction process of the building construction project;
• Ø Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior / management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering or engineering management, the conditions can be relaxed for outstanding candidates;
• More than five years of experience in construction site and quality management;
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other office software;
• Good communication skills, proficient in English;
