Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for QAC function encompassing the development and implementation of Quality Standards and monitoring of incoming, in-process and outgoing quality control activities of the company.
• To organize, implement and coordinate all activities pertaining to quality control and quality assurance.
• To liaise with production personnel to ensure exact requirement of customers’ needs are clearly stated.
• Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports to Executive Director.
• To handle customer complaints or any quality related issue and approving new samples of suppliers.
• To control measuring equipment.
• To carry out any other duty as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills with a sense of urgency.
• 3 years of experience in quality related field, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management practices and systems.
• Experience in leadership with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively at multiple levels within the organization.
• Ability to start immediately and knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
