Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance personnel to assist the manager. Responsibilities include monitoring quality checks, inspecting parts, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate must hold at least an SPM or Diploma in Quality Assurance Management/Engineering, have at least 2 years of experience, and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in quality assurance or related field.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in quality checking finished parts.
• Inspect and test goods to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Monitor production status and update accordingly.
• Issue Inspection Reports when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Certification.

Job description

Responsibilities

To assist manager in final quality and checking on the finished parts to ensure that it meets with customer's requirements.

To assist manager in inspecting and testing the goods/parts to ensure that they are met with customer's requirements.

Monitor the production and update the current status.

To assist manager in issuing the Inspection Report for every job inspected whenever necessary.

To ensure all fillings and procedures complies with the flow registered in ISO 9001 Certification.

To assist manager in ensuring proper arrangement and allocation of specific areas for inspections and to ensure that the designated areas are labeled accordingly.

To ensure complaint to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time.

Perform related duties as required.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Quality Assurance Management/Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience.

Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
