Job summary

A leading dairy company in Seremban, Malaysia is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the lab team and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. Responsibilities include supervising lab activities, conducting inspections, maintaining inventory, and preparing reports. Strong knowledge in GMP and HACCP standards is essential. This role requires excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO22000 & FSSC22000 standards is a plus.
• Experience in lab testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lab activities including tests and inspections.
• Monitor and ensure compliance of incoming materials and packaging.
• Conduct monthly inventory stock for lab and QA finished goods.
