Job summary

A manufacturing company in Puchong is looking for a quality assurance coordinator to manage product development and ensure quality control. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, along with a diploma and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales team for color matching, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards, and managing team priorities. Flexible off days and a 5 and a half day work week are offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales team for product development and perform color matching
• Ensure the quality control plans are followed
• Achieve QA/QC operational objectives by assigning day‑to‑day activities
• Ensure QA/QC staff are working in compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Work closely with QA/QC executive to track team priorities and address issues and problems
• Deal with nonconformity product/rework process
• Ensure document filing system is in order and up to date
• Perform any other job assigned by the superior or management from time to time
• Approve and set product specification tolerance
• Set team development and product priorities
• Initiate a Hold, Reject and Approved sticker and confirm quality

Qualifications

• Preferable 3 years hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Enthusiasm in color creation and good eyesight with color sense
• Must not be color blind
• Minimum Diploma holder and must be computer literate
• Experience in art may be beneficial
• Strive for continuous improvement and can effectively manage change
• Positive, team‑oriented and flexible
• Diligent and self‑starter
• Mature and analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Remarks

• 5 & ½ day work in a week
• Flexible off day arrangement, off day may not fall on Sunday
