Responsibilities
Quality Planning & Governance
- Develop and enforce QA/QC plans in alignment with Owner standards and project requirements
- Review contractor quality plans and ensure compliance with approved procedures
- Establish inspection and test plans for critical activities and milestones
- Monitor construction activities and verify installations against approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Document and track non-conformance issues; drive corrective actions and closure
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports for Owner review
- Support close-out documentation, including as-built verification and quality certifications
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Owner, General Contractor, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input on quality-related matters
- Ensure alignment between QA/QC processes and commissioning readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and reduce rework
- Promote a culture of quality and compliance across all project stakeholders

Expected:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in QA/QC management for large-scale construction projects
- Experience with mission-critical facilities or data centre projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
