Job description

China Communications Construction Company Limited – Kuantan, Pahang

Assist in completing the final handover and acceptance of CCC, CPC, and APAD.

Support the closure of documentation such as NCR, RFI, MS, and MSA.

Participate in or organize technical quality briefings, quality training, quality month activities, and first-article observation and experience sharing sessions.

Coordinate quality interface work with various department, construction site, subcontractors, supervisors, clients, and relevant government departments.

Participate in daily quality inspections, compile issue logs, and track the progress of issue rectification and closure.

Assist in resolving on-site quality issues.

Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Manage complaints and supplier product quality control while coordinating and overseeing production quality assurance inspection.

Respond to the complaint, maintenance of the project quality system, the documentation and the SOPs.

Make sure that quality control procedures are established, including deadlines for work inspection, sampling, and testing.

Oversee and control material quality evaluation through regular and stringent laboratory testing.

Review the QA testing schedules and processes, all standard test forms to be utilized during laboratory tests, and findings as required.

Evaluate contractor practices and conventional methodologies, and where corrective action is needed, offer solutions.

Establish procedures with deadlines for the inspection, sampling, and testing of works as well as any other QA/QC requirements by working with project engineers and design consultants.

Requirements

Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Chinese, capable of using Chinese for work communication and documentation preparation.

Experience in project QAQC/quality management.

Familiarity with CCC final acceptance processes or relevant participation experience is preferred.

Strong sense of responsibility, good execution skills, and effective communication abilities.

Able to cooperate with project work arrangements on a long-term basis.

At least 3 years and above of experience working in building-related field.

Computer savvy with a passion for numbers, proficient in AutoCAD, advanced Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PDF).
