Responsibilities

• Set up quality documentation, manage records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee key production steps and material management to ensure quality control.
• Manage deviations, changes, and abnormalities in production, testing, and calibration.
• Handle customer complaints, quality audits, and visits from clients or authorities.
• Supervise the handling of returned, recalled, or non-conforming products.
• Approve final products before release and manage product quality performance reviews.
• Guide GMP practices, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions based on issues or audit results.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related science field. At least 7 years of QA or QC experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in the fine chemicals or pharmaceutical industry.
• Possess knowledge of GMP and US FDA regulations. Familiar with quality systems like ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP, and experienced in audits, risk management, and CAPA.
• Strong in documentation, regulatory requirements, and product specifications. Good leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills, with attention to detail.
